Apartment Ippocastano is located on first flor; the rooms are spacious and bright.
It is composed of a living area with fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom with wardrobe, one bathroom, an utility room with washing machine. In the open loft ther is one double sofa bed. From the living area you access the terrace with table and umbrela.

CONDITIONS
- It is forbidden to host other people in the property and in the apartment;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
- Parties/Events are not allowed;
- Each apartment has a reserved outdoor parking space - only one car. Upon request, the owners will show you where to park any other cars;
- At the moment of check-out the kitchen must be left tidy and the fridge must be left empty. Waste must be put in the bins outside;
- Rest Hours: between 10.00 pm and 08.00 am;
- CHECK-IN: from 04-00 pm to 06-00 pm;
- CHECK-OUT: from 07-00 am to 10-00 am.
The reservation and the stay involve the full acceptance and compliance with our rules, adopted to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.
